The day begins with a launch from Apalachin at 10 a.m. where guests will enjoy paddling, floating and drifting to Hiawatha Island where a wine and cheese lunch is enjoyed, followed by exploring, sight seeing and geocache sites for those interested. After the island possibilities are exhausted, its back to the boats to see the herons, ducks, geese and eagles on the way to Mike and Nancy's historic back yard. The fires are lit and guests will enjoy an all out barbecue with Mike's special ribs followed by Nancy's cheesecake and everything in between served around the roaring campfire. |
